Try this for the Wells piece. I guess the gilt has worn off the Dion gingerbread a little for Mr. Wells.

Strange days for the LPC. I've never seen them attack their leader like this.

What they forget, or willfully ignore, in my opinion, is that sponsorship lives with the voting public. Dion is not really the problem, but his association with the old regime is.

Why else do they lose the centre-right votes they need to win?

According to some polls, they are ahead - by 50% in Ontario!
