An Inconvenient Study

David Suzuki and his Kyoto Kultists are not going to like this - A new study shows that the recent series of BC storms is actually due to polluted air from Chinese coal plants rather than global warming. It can actually affect weather as far inland as Ontario.

Environment Canada's senior climatologist David Phillips utters this blasphemous statement:

"Every time the weather changes, people are very quick to point to the fact that it must be climate change," he said. "It's easy to go to that (explanation). You can be seduced into going there. And yet we also know that changes in the chemistry of the atmosphere can influence changes in climate."

More bad news for Kooky Suzuki - Polar bear numbers are actually increasing!.

Is it time for a clandestine cull, David?

Another Denier here. And related to that, kudos to Lorrie Goldstein for updating his figures on the "More Inconvenient Truths" column. Lorrie is one class act. He is committed to ferreting out the facts and always ready to admit it if he makes a mistake - unlike most politicians.

It just shows the power of persuasion the media has, doesn't it? Hysteria, fear sells papers. Solutions and truth don't. Why is that??? I don't know, but this "fear-mongering" is the same tactic that was used by the Liberals against PM Stephen Harper in the previous election.

If people hadn't heard the words "climate change", do you think they would give two cents attention to the weather, other than the normal, "sure is cold, sure is hot, not much snow, too much snow".

In order to get to the truth of a situation, one has to sit back, take a breath, and wait for it to rise to the top once the bs has been exposed. The "bs" always comes first, and then the truth, it seems to me anyway. But, the truth will come.

When people give over their powers of critical thinking to the media, they will swallow any kool-aid being served.

Don't mention population cull to guys like David Suzuki, 'environmentalists' orchestrated the human population cull in Africa by banning DDT, but people are still dying due to malaria and the cull hasn't helped Africa in the least.

Raz, that is so true. Kyoto-Kultists point to any kind of weather at all and label it "climate change" now. Anything. It's ridiculous.

Amen.

And yet they still advocate 'depopulation'. Even though, here in Canada, we are crying for more population, because folks would rather not have kids or abort them.

I don't get it.
