it is true he made you feel like he was all that and a bag of chips when he ran for Premier.

But the thing is no one said a personality of the year couldn't be a liar now did they.

if they ment personality who most resembles a stuck up english butler or schoolyard weasal or "leader" who leaves your ass hangin' in the breeze when your town is hijacked by pseudo-terrorists, then they're right. Sorry about the run on, but this guy REALLY bugs me.

On that note, I think Steve aquitted himself very well representing Canada at the U.N.

That award was well publicized weeks ago if not months..I'd read so much about it that I thought he'd already received the award!
There was much discussion back then and several bloggers debunked the initiatives behind it. I was left with the impression that the magazine did not even know what they were talking about.

BTW Harper and Karzai both aquitted themselves very well this week.

CBC / CTV not so much!

cbc and ctv did not cover the rally on the hill just Harpers speech,,, they should of done a live broadcast!

No we can't use the record production of heroin to fund the war on terror. It's already bing used to fund the Taliban's war on freedom.

I can't resist this.....Picture of a headline:

Two World Class leaders who have integrity and the guts to stand up for real values in real issues.

And what do we get from the lib/left?

Snipes!

Sigh....Once again CWTF...you prove my point!
Yes the world is all about you and we all should acknowledge you and stand in awe of your brilliant reposte'.
Your insight and profound ability to sway the massses through the power of your words are great! We are all but humble plebians in your presence.

What will we do if ever you decide to abandon us and leave us to our own devices?

Really!

Wow, who needs to write a long post? A four word entry (minus title) draws 13 comments!

I know I'm lazy today, but I'll make it up.

I like Joanne, at times she's ready to discuss issues but has this maddening habit of following party lines instead of her own logic. Ah, at least you give me that much. That's a compliment compared to most of the stuff I've had hurled at me.

Sara, I've been away all day. Must catch up about the Hill rally!

Re: Dalton. If the British like him so much, maybe they can woo him to work over there; just like a certain OPP commissioner...

Actually, there is lots happening today; Karzai's speech, and the big rally on the hill.

Check out BT.

PGP - Yeah, I read that article at Darcey's. Excellent. Thanks for reminding me about that. When I get a little hot under the collar about Caledonia, I'll read that again and remind myself that that little group does not represent every native in Canada.

Thanks, PGP! You too. Don't even think about politics. We all need a break.
