Food Bank or Six Nations? - With update

Why do I get the feeling that the natives occupying the Douglas Creek Estates have no intention of leaving at the end of September? Who will you be donating those canned goods to in December?

(H/T to Dust My Broom.)

Maybe they'll still be there by the Ontario election in 2007. It would be interesting to watch the Liberals canvassing in that town.

Update - Caledonia Mayor Marie Trainer wonders if the natives will be stopping by city hall for their building permits.

Are they still thinking of Fantino for OPP Commish?

I'm still a bit out of the loop, but last time I heard the favourite was Jay Hope.

A kindly police force could deliver them to some nice warm jail cells, that would take good care of these 'protesters'.

New York state is close to Caledonia, perhaps they could spare some State Troopers to enforce Ontario law in their spare time or something?

If Dolton McLiar dis-banded, or at least neutered, the OPP - why are they still out on the highways writing tickets? Didn't they get the memo or something? OPP cruisers should be parked across the province and the former officers given a package to walk away since they're now useless.

Anon - I think the whole thing is ridiculous. Dalton should make a decision already. It is not fair to either side to be stringing them along like this. Let's have the facts! Now!!!

Strangely, my sympathy circuit didn't even flicker when I read this story. Time to call out the troops and clean up this mess.

I put the blame squarely on the tiny shoulders of Mr. McDithers the second.

Are these people for real?

After throwing the finger at the entire population for six months they want charity..although if they don;t get it right away I'm sure we'll next be hearing that the International Red Cross has to deliver "Relief" supplys.

The crap never ends.
