Back in My Good Books

The Toronto Sun is officially back on my list of favourites.

Today's editorial, Harper Eats Babies and the Jails Them? reflects so much of what was discussed yesterday on various Blogging Tories sites. (H/T to Vicki, Sara, and so many others...)

As much as I appreciate the tone and outrage of the piece, I can't help reflecting smugly that it's nice to see MSM catching up to us.

Derik - The government is funding more daycare spaces in addition to the $1200 per child.

The only ones who will lose out here are the leeches who wanted another Liberal boondoggle.

It's neat the way the blogosphere unites at times.

I'm so happy that Joel has a recording.

Yes, thanks for mentioning that about Joel at Proud to Be Canadian.

Someday I'm going to sit down and figure out how to do a link in 'comments'. Tried it once and it highjacked me to Microsoft. Yikes!

Derik - BTW, MM is right about how great it is that bloggers are uniting whatever their partisan stripes. Your post was excellent.

I see you, Zac and (especially) Riley has rays of hope for your party. You guys are able to think outside the box. Congrats to you all, and I thank you for your input.

What's 8 hours a day in a socialist training ground going to do for a kid in a bad home anyway Derek?

Joanne (True Blue) said...

Derik - Ignore anon. Too many anons in blogs anyway.

Sorry I assumed you were a Grit. My deepest apologies. That was definitely a slanderous label and I am very sorry.

So please reveal your partisanship whatever it is. I am very curious.

Joanne (True Blue) said...

Well Derik, then I would say that you are a very humble, open-minded non-partisan who actually listens to the issues and doesn't blindly follow a prescribed ideology.

Very commendable.

Joanne (True Blue) said...

Well, I am drawn more to true humility than arrogance.

Steve Janke at AGWN has a suspect for the GO Train hack.
It's a good read.
